Generally all sales are final but we do have a policy where some items can be returned.  All of our items have tracking codes and you must put in a refund request within 72 hours of receiving the Item below are examples and responses



“It doesn’t fit!”


All of our shirts have size guides attached to the same page, if a customer orders a shirt and it does not fit you will only receive a refund if the shirt does not match the specifications listed on the site.


“Accidental order”


We will only accept accidental order if they are able get in contact with us and provide information required via Instagram chat of website chat.  WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE (Our response time is less than an hour.) 


"Buyers regret"

We will almost never give refunds because you changed your mind on a purchase, only under certain circumstances will you be able to receive a refund, and these requests MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. and must include a full name on the order, you must contact us via email, via our website chat or via Instagram. (We will extend this deadline to 72 hours if we do not respond to your Request within 90 minutes) if you are unable to provide us with this information you will not receive a refund. All sales are final. 


All other refund requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
